For Indian Chef restaurant in Athens we created an online facebook campaign for the Christmas Period of 2019-20 , our target was to create a buzz around their new restaurant and attract more clients.
For this campaign we created an online facebook contest with the gift being a dinner for two, this way and we where promoting the restaurant but at the same time the winner would be a new customer of the restaurant.
As we had increased traffic due to the online contest we were posting more often and with few of them being promoted so we could increase our reach and the exposure of the brand of the restaurant. We also used instagram for our posts and not only Facebook.
SPECIAL CHRISTMAS MENU
We created a special Christmas menu for 2 people for a limited time , with a slightly better price than our original pricelist. So we used our increased traffic due to the promoted posts and the contest to offer a value for money menu with a lot of our signature dishes so we can attract new customers to the restauran.
So by creating nice images with the help of our graphic design departemt , by increasing the exposure of the restaurant through our social media channels , with the help of promoted post, the contest and the special christmas menu we succeed in increasing the reservations for the period of Christmas compared to the previous year.
Not only that but we increased the followers of our facebook page by 15% and of our instagram page by 10% but the most important is the satisfaction of the Inidian Chef restaurant owners.
